I know I should search the ARCHIVES B4 asking...BUT I can't get into the dang thing...I get a broken "ironing board" message...
Anyhoo, it looks like a fairly simple adaptation of the stock air filter housing. My only questions are 1) evacuating water & 2) sealing the unit agINST THE HOOD WHEN IT'S CLOSED. Any help and PIX would be appreciated.

Thanks :layrubber:

I've been bouncing that idea around in my head. Was thinking of doing something like this Nissan for the air inlets.

Then fabing a filter box attached to the hood that those dump into. Then a box to intake that mates up when the hoods closed with a tall soft rubber seal between the two box's to make sure it seals and the motor vibration doesn't transfer to the filter box and hood. Was thinking of putting a screen on the motor side box to prevent anything from falling in it.
