Can anybody give me some areas to check?
My fuel gauge has started going nuts. While starting, it bounces back and forth (lock to lock) and has happened while driving too. Lately it will also max-out and stay there for a long time. Is this strictly a sending unit problem, gauge problem, or should I be checking the ground first.
Any thoughts are appreciated... well... okay, most thoughts are appreciated.

Not sure about today's gasbuggies, but when I had a bad sender, I tested it by grounding out the sending wire. If the gage pegs full, the sender is shot.
