That's why i said i started putting pics in my Gallery folder. If you go to the gallery you can see the pics in my folder.
I was just teasing. Looks like a very good idea that you rewired your van. Geez, that looked horrible.

God, no kidding. Some people shouldn't be allowed to work on stuff...nice job on the rewire, though.

Yeah it was a PITA!! But if i had a left it who knows what would have happened!! Thank God the harness was in a cargo model!!
Didn't take long to get it out but took forever to get it in!! Yeah some people should just not touch anything!! Part of the trim inside the drivers door well was melted so i figure there was a electrical meltdown. Just a really crappy and dangerous way to rewire it!!!

wow, lol. I see that kinda crap all the time, being in aftermarket( NO, not my own work coming back!) It's amazing how many jackholes just run wiring with no idea of how an auto's electrical system operates.( or even basic electricity, for that matter) I've seen 4GA wire run through the doorjamb with NO fuse anywhere, entire multi-monitor video systems run off a single 18GA wire, wires run under seat tracks unfused, etc.... And think about it.. it's not uncommon to see a car burning on the side of the road, lmao. Good thinking fixing that before YOU needed a mobile fire truck visit!

Great job on the Gallery Section stoneground1.

Wow, that wiring really was a mess. I can honestly say, the person who did that work, truly falls under the heading of "********", I'm glad you got it sorted out.:)
