Okay i have a question. I have never filled up my tank and the other day i was fueling and it got to 40 bucks so i stopped because thats all i had on me. but i was at around 18 or so gallons. what is the size of our fuel tanks? i tried searching for the answer but the search function wouldnt let me because fuel, tank, and size are all too common words. i wanted to know because i dont think my fuel gauge is accurate so i was going to try to track my need for gas by my mileage. when my gauge got to the last 3 bars the gas symbol started blinking and then a couple miles later my van started cutting out on me and i ran out of gas pulling into my work. so now i know that if it flashes i need to get gas asap.

my 97 has a 90 liter tank, so thats about 24 gallons or so, government law requires vehicles be able to go 500 km or 300 miles or so on a single tank, hence the huge *** tanks in these things, i replaced my cat a few months ago, and now i get about 700 km to a 90 liter tank so thats about 434 miles, so about 18 miles to the gallon, which is its average rating

well since mine is a 92 and i am probably the 20th owner i do not have the manual. lol
Hopefully, someone with a '92 that has the owners manual can chime in, 'cause I can't find one to download anywhere ('93 and up only). Since they changed so little between '92 and '93, I'd say it has a 27 gallon tank, but...

well technically they dont because i can fill up the 27 tank when the gas price is low and last longer than a smaller tank.

nice.. i love big jugs... lol
You guys

Ok, so I'm watching Cranked High Voltage the other night on PPV I think it was. A stripper gets shot through the fake jugs, she doesn't seem mad about the getting shot part, but more that her fake jugs are leaking.

Just trying to contribute

Would you please explain this to my ol' lady, she never fills the tank. Of course when i jump in her car I can see the fuel door being sucked into the quarter panel from the negative vacuum in the tank.
