Well, since I have the body off at the moment for another job I'm going to give the JBA-1840SJS headers a try. (JS is just the ceramic coated version, it's only about $75 more). Summit had them in stock, so worst case if it doesn't work out it's easy to return them. It only has an O2 bung which is easily plugged for a $5 O2 plug from amazon.

I will report back with my results and take pictures if they fit. Thank you all for the quick replies. Fingers crossed!

ok, I can tell you with certainty, a 2" body lift will not fit them, they're just barely touching.

I'm going to put 3" blocks in and I think that should work. That's also consistent with all the people who have said they have headers in this thread, they all seem to have 3" lifts. I will report back.

Ok guys... I can officially confirm that the JBA-1840SJS headers will fit if you have a 3" lift, and they will NOT fit if you have a 2" lift. They will require some exhaust work as they don't line up with the oem pipes.

I had the "Y pipe" replaced with a Flowmaster Y214300 while we were in there:

Hard to get pics but these should do. Only went for a quick test drive, still chasing down some other things at the moment, so I can't really speak to how it feels, other than "good."
