What kind of process is involved in removing a heater core?? Is it fairly easy? time consuming? or just a big pain in the rear...?

yeah unfortunately it does have dual a/c...for now. Id like to find the box for non ac and ac compressor pully bypass. In this part of the country A/C= (1)loss of bout 5hp (2)extra unnecessary weight to van & (3) less room under hood. I think last summer we had MAYBE 3 or 4 days above 90deg.F and probably 7 or 8 days over 80 deg. ******* A/C=roll down freakin window & stick your head out like a dog :rofl:
