Hello everyone!
I just got my first van, as a single father of 3, my kids were finally tired of sitting cramped in the back of my car, so I decided to take the plunge. I didn't want no crappy van like a FWD one, so my next logical choice, was a Safari/Astro!
She is a 96 Safari, with 250,000km on it. I bought it for more than just hauling the kids around, I recently got into drag racing my 85 TBird TurboCoupe, so I needed a way to take it to the track, so that I can assure it will make it back home again.
Needless to say, I am going to be putting a shiftkit, tranny cooler, and hitch with electric brakes on the van, so I shouldn't have any issues towing the car (anyone thoughts?)
So, this is my hello letter, and I have a few questions I would like to ask, but I am taking them into their appropriate forums
Thanks!
