If you find someone willing to swap it for you at a cheap rate just remember their hands will be all over that van. Hopefully they're a good quality mechanic, but if it's cheap then they are very likely to cut corners. And once it's not a stock vehicle you might have a hard time finding someone to fix it if you can't do it yourself.
I would swap my van again, I definitely wouldn't pay someone to do it though. It took me about 5 weeks of working on it in my spare time to go from v6 to v8. And that was just a down the road drive. I got the engine in the van after 8 days. It took me the rest of the time to figure out all the little problems to get everything working.
