New member here in the St Louis area.
I own a 2003 Safari Conversion Van with the 4.3 and have loved it for over 9 years, and have kept it up as we use it to go from Mo to Ga to visit our grandchildren. Lately the ac has gotten lazy and will not blow out of the upper vents so I got into the passenger side of the dash and discovered a bad vacuum pod, part # 15-5550. I have looked EVERYWHERE for a replacement or superseded part with no luck. Does anyone know where I can turn to?!?!

Do they come apart at all? Being vacuum controlled I'm guessing it's a rubber diaphragm that rots out. Wouldn't think there's much to them, but same is said about me lol

Well, it’s possible I suppose. It is glued so it might be a problem keeping it all in repairable condition!
