You mean between the molded plastic intake hat and the rubber/plastic hose? There's a big hose clamp there on my '99, '00 and '02.

Oh, so you're talking about the intake hat (I have no idea what it's actually called) to throttle body.

Around the opening on the bottom to the throttle body should be an orange seal. There's a lip at the front of the throttle body - you must put the hat over that first by tilting it, then push down at the back. On all three of my vans, there is a tall plastic piece with a wing nut sorta thing on top of a screw. Tighten that and it's sealed.

If it decides to stop raining, I'll go out and take pics of my '00, which is set up the same way and is apart at the moment.

To be honest, I just don't know. I've never had to replace that gasket...
