Anyone had any experience with this problem that happens every once in a while?

If both front and rear are doing this there is an open short before the fuse block. I'm not really sure what to look for here. I know my 04 is having an intermittent problem but I know my problem is the fan motor going out. I can give it a tap and it will start back up.
