You've done some nice work so far but this is one on my current hit list.
I repaired the core support on my '02 but it was in a pretty bad wreck before I got it. Measurements and angles were impossible to get right so the BFH and eye-crometer were put to work. My new '05 looks to be pretty crusty in there.

Pretty slick, looks like the plan is to soften the rear wheel arch. That corner has always been a sore point for me. Just a dirt collector and tire biter.
