How does the fluid look? You might want to have a look at the shift linkage as well to make sure it's not worn out. If it looks fine then my next suggestion is to pull the pan and have a look on the inside for any metal filings.
Might I ask you not Post in CAPS. On the net, it's a sign of "SHOUTING" when asking a question. I know you don't have very good eyesite as you mentioned earlier and I'm sorry to hear that. I have problems myself (eyesite), but I don't post in caps.
To help you out here, I would suggest using FireFox for your internet browser. They have a really neat feature you can use to "zoom" up on the page you're looking at while on the internet (ctrl++).
