Still need to find out what to use for integrated circuit relays, so right now it's designed with mechanical relays, but I think I've nearly got it.

By time on my hands you mean staying up till 2 AM on a friday night to work out the details, then yea I do

I actually designed the basics of this lay out last night back roading it around rush hr. traffic 10 miles up the road to my 5:15 PM chiropractic appointment.

I'm a bit like Super Joe when I get an idea. Sure you can buy some stuff to lift your Astro, or you can pull out all the stops and put your head into it and do a one off.

Hey Joe, that's a compliment :D

Yea, I only have a 1/2 ton van so I had to make a few trips

If you build it, they will come...
(and scratch their heads while looking at the diagram  )
It's been a LOOONNNGG time since I got that involved in a circuit. My hat's off to you. (You might want to relocate the ground at the LEDs on the diagram. The way it's drawn, you're shorting your supply to ground before the LEDs)

Each row is wired in series, but there will need to be a proper ground wire running from each row.
A couple weeks ago before this all started, I knew slightly more then squat about this stuff. Still don't know a lot, but getting close to what I need for this project.
Still need to get a schematic for the vans lighting system to figure out exactly how I'm going to hook everything into the van. It's going to be mounted under the dash and probably have a custom wiring harness that integrates into the van elec. The at this stage it'll be a one wire system out to the lights not counting ground.

Ordered a few LEDs yesterday and they shipped today. These are for the mirror blinkers and behind the reflector in the door below the arm rest.
Also got 1 of each, 4 chip superflux super bright LEDs in red and white, to see how bright they are for the tail lights and reverse lights.
