Hi I am an owner of an Astro from 1991. It's an EXT passenger. I have never owned a Chevrolet before and will probably be asking a lot of questions. I appreciate any advice and/or guidance from you all. The first issue I had has been a missing door key. I am hoping someone has had to retrieve a code from the lock cylinder before. I need to know if the code is visible without having to remove the cylinder. Never had to remove a door panel before except to install a speaker. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. If I'm posting in wrong place sorry I'm new and a bit confused! :shrug:

Welcome aboard. Never had to do that kinda stuff myself (yet). You may want to call a locksmith or the dealer and ask, questions are free. Or you could just stay tuned, someone may have the answer. Again welcome. Jim

I'm pretty sure you can take your title and driver's license to the dealer and they can cut you a new door key.
