When I attempt to post a new topic in "Engines" there is no "New Topic" button to click on. Some forum categories do have the New Topic button as they should, and some do not. In the chat page someone sent me a link to the Engines forum and when I clicked on that link there was a New Topic button. When I navigate there myself by clicking on the Engines forum, and get to Engines, there is no New Topic button.

You need to click on one of the sub-forums to post a new topic. either V8 Swap or Engines.

I now realize why N6KB had trouble finding "NEW TOPIC"
when you scroll down from this chat page to "ENGINES"
