Been creeping for a while, had to finally make a profile and post.. :):
Long story short.. 99 Astro Van 2WD
I have a Parasitic Drain.
brand new battery
Tested @ - .1A draw
Pulled fuses, its was the Power ACCY Fuse
now... i figured out it powers these: (copy and pasted from diagram)
(Circuit Breaker) Power Door Lock Relay, 6-way Power Seat, Remote Control Door Lock Receiver, Dutch Door Module, Dutch Door Release

... i dont have power seats, my door locks work fine ( and from key fob - although definitely sluggish)
as far as the relay, is there only the 1 on this circuit (behind the jack panel?) *i would look myself but i nailed a panel up for the conversion , and didnt want to take it down unless certain.
which of these should i test first? and can i simply unplug them each individually and test for the drain?

YES! Pulling anything on that circuit , one at a time, can lead to finding the problem.
A 0.1 amp draw is not very big, but it definitely adds up over time. I would think the remote control receiver would have to be powered continuously, but I have no idea if it would be 0.1 amps.
Also, Could the power accessory fuse circuit somehow have been used for powering something to do with any aftermarket stereo system or an alarm?
Sometimes an installer will 'grab' power wherever they find it, for something like a constant power source for a memory, or an alarm system etc.

How long did you test it for? Modules need time to fall asleep :) Once you are sure you are allowing everything to power down, then yes, you can go through and start disconnecting things to find out what has failed.
100mA is a LOT and will kill your battery in about a week. You can see how my 03 powers down after the startup sequence: Astro-Safari-Info - Parasitic Battery Drain

If you need wiring diagrams or the highly recommended GM Techline eSI(digital factory service manual), see here: Info Share - Owners/Service/Parts Manuals - Wiring Diagrams

So i went to testing again..
my numbers upon first hooking up look more like ∼ .7 for a few seconds , and then dropping to .01
i noticed i said -.1A drain originally .. it was actually -.01A (and when pulled power accy fuse it dropped to .002-.003)
i unplugged the remote receiver in drivers door , as well as every line going to the hatch ( still at .01 draw)
is the last thing i'm missing on this the relay? ( i converted my van and have a wall panel screwed in , this was the last one i wanted to do but i guess its time)
also i do realize that other things can be added to the power accy circuit , there is no aftermarket components ive found besides one branded "THE KEY" by the obd port , which im pretty sure is a theft deterant system , im assuming to maybe lock out the key from starting? how would i go about testing this too?

10mA is acceptable. The RKE receiver is up in the dash behind the radio.

The thing labeled "the key" I have never heard of. Have any more pictures/info on it? How is it connected? Model numbers/etc?

So i found what i think you were talking about, but it was labeled "REMOTE FUNCTION ACTIVATION MODULE" .. same thing? I unplugged it and got down to -.008A ..
also checked the relay in the back wall, no drop.
So i believe i have found my drain, should i simply replace the unit?

ALSO ATTACHED IS PICTURES OF "THEKEY"

check my last posted reply, is this the same thing your talking about? .. pulled it and dropped to -.008A, this is more normal , right?

Yes, I think that is much more 'normal', current draw.
I am curious what you are using to measure that low current. It is not difficult, but some meters will not indicate much, at that low current ( 8 ma.) level.

Just remember that finding the drain at the remote module only indicates the circuit that the drain is on. Not the specific part. You still have switches and solenoids on the circuit that could have carbon buildup causing the drain.
