Ive suspected a PS Leak for a minute now....

I thru in Uv Dye....and it apppears tobe a Pump Leak

Nothing from a above....only underneath

Fluid Levels or Normal (For Now)

I was wondering the proffesional approach to this, and the severity over the "Long-Haul"

THANK YOU

I didn't think it was a difficult job replacing my P/S pump on my 95 2wd. Pump plus fluid is like $50? If you're sure its the pump I'd just replace it.

my approach wasn't very professional, but i nursed a PS pump leak for several years until i was ready to do a bunch of maintenance & repairs all at the same time. i got some fluid that mentioned stopping leaks on the label and kept the reservoir full - with time the leak slowed down and nearly stopped - i haven't had any problem with the seal sweller in the fluid messing with the hydro boost or steering box. i did this for about 4 years / 20,000 miles & used about the whole quart of fluid i bought by the time i fixed it all. the downside was the drivers side of the frame, motor mount & the engine was a really gooey mess to clean up when i had it all apart........

Yeh stent i got a bottle of prestone PS fluid with stop leak i keep in the van....im gonna sssume its one of the o-rings where the line connects, but it doesnt no where seem serious my fluid levels or still maintaining and havent really dropped i do smell it when driving at times and when i get out the van and when i slide under the van the botton of the pump is wet bit not spewing fluid or heavily dripping at all....but i figured just like you said if ima pull the pulley when time i might as well service the whole system....acdelco pump is outrageously priced tobe made in china...i found brand new gates lines, a Remaned cardone pump & pulley for $120 amazon....no where near urgent tho....
