i can not say for sure if the harness is there, but i found there are plugs behind the interior lower kick panel vans with power windows so the it could be disconnected if the door needs to be removed. my advice would be to remove this panel ( the one between the driver's side wheel well and the dash) it's one screw to remove and feel around up there, its a tight spot to get to though, i had to remove my driver's seat so i could lay on my back to find mine. they are really tucked up in there. I only know this beause the genius that had my van before me changed the door and spliced the wires in the door jamb. idiot is the nicest comment i have for him if i ever meet him! atfer making me replace the door harness.

all accessories wire up independent. if you want power windows go to the yard and pull apart the door and start unplugging it in the door. then pull them through the door and then through the van to the inside. follow them up to the fuse block and unplug them from there. then do the other door and same procedure. you may need to cut tape where wire looms are taped together but no wires or looms

i would assume half of the 95 and all older than that. where the fuse block is all inside the cab and there is no external fuses or computer. this is a guess though. im not sure
