Heh! JODI π
LISTEN 2 the fellas as they R VERY WISE & KNOW their stuff π
Bryan helped me with my vans issues about the same thing & has a WEALTH of knowledge...very helpful π
I had same issues with my 92' ASTRO last month in December & prior to that back in October after having a big job done on my girl in August. I had to take mine in an out of state shop TWICE as she was leaking again & I noticed it as the 2nd time I saw anti freeze fluid on the floor on my passenger side & was concerned it was coming from my heater core (those can cost you $750 & up π²)
BUT was NOT ....another hose that needed replacing & I had a leak @ my manifold as well.
Heater Core was FINE π
My girl has over 402,500 miles & has her original motor & tranny so I AM BLESSED π She hasn't required any major engine repair but I keep her up on oil changes & take darn good care of her ...been driving her 25 years as of June this year β€
I have found this forum site 2 B extremely VALUABLE & U LEARN A GREAT DEAL π
I had been originally brought to this site this past August in looking for my girls front grill bowtie or "butterfly" π¦ as "someone" had called it π
Bryan & sixsix helped me FIND one after years of NEVER being able too so I was THRILLED π
I put it on MYSELF with alittle ingenuity & patience 2 ( YEP!! WOMEN CAN DO IT 2 π)
I was pretty proud of myself even tho it wasn't a big complicated job but considering how long she had been without one, I was tickled 2 finally B driving my girl sporting her NEW ( well almost ) " decoration π π
Most of the guys can do their own repairs, & even design & fabricate parts from wrecking yards to do it ( Bryan) They do their own & help the rest of us in troubleshooting & not have to rely on a shop so they R VERY FORNUATE!!
HOPE U R able to get your leak (s) found & FIXED ! GOOD LUCK π
WELCOME 2 the forum BTW π
