I have the back 2 doors that are on the lower half that swings open and the her window part lifts upwards. I was able to get the window part open from inside by using a screwdriver. However the bottom 2 doors will not open. Even from the inside I can’t open them, does anyone know how I can do this so I can fix the door handle. I really need to use these rear doors

Messing up is a bit of an extreme sense of the process involved. Mess with is probably more accurate, and if not careful, especially if they are cold, then mess up.
Run the engine with the heat blowing to warm the interior nicely and remove the panels. They are typically only held on by press in clips. There are specialty tools for an average of $20 that come in really handy across all years makes and models of vehicles, but you can get by with a standard flat pry bar with the thinner the better to keep from cracking the plastics. A straight screw driver or kitchen knife you aren't worried about dulling works too.
Once the panels are removed ( you may not have to remove completely, just open enough to get inside to...) find the parts that have to be pulled to release your latch. Watch some tube vids to see that if you don't already know.

I took

I took some bolts of that thin metal panel but it seems stuck on if I pry it like you said will it come off ?
I don't have a good answer for that. Partially because I don't know what pieces and bolts (or nuts) you are talking about, and partially because even if I did, I couldn't say for sure.
You got the panels off, and that's a start. You do not have any mechanical rods or parts of the latch to be able to pull? I think I see an electrical connection to some sort of motor for this latch. This is where tube vids come in handy. People who have done this show others how.
I'm now wondering if whatever you removed were what holds the latch mechanism to the door.
