Hello, I am replacing the differential next week and want to beef up the towing ability, to tow a pop-up camp or my boat without the rear end sagging. The first thing I am thinking is bump stops, any recommendations without breaking the bank? Thanks

What gear? The best way to beef up for towing is a 3.73 gear.
Bump stops are only a last resort to keep you from bottoming out.. they don't prevent sag. I never hit mine.
HD springs and firm shocks are recommended... shocks won't break the bank.
Helper springs, air and coil-over shocks are options as well
Good brakes are a MUST.

Thank s, I did the coil-over shocks a few years back , I will take a look at the HD springs ( Leaf springs ) Years of loading band gear have taken its toll. Thank you for the help.

What year is your van?
Are you still toting gear?

My 92 cargo shorty is my gig van.. always loaded with speakers, amp-racks, sound gear.
My stock rear springs have sagged as well. The solution of course would be new HD springs.. but I've installed lift shackles as a "work-around" solution to compensate for worn springs. I even have one side slightly boosted (1 hole up) to get my van level.. lol

PS: I'm also in South Florida
