When it does stall after what it feel like choking it restarts and runs great . I have it in the shop now and they believe its a ( sorry Im a old carb guy ) fuel control/module of some sort that mounts into the intake/plenum with 2 screws/bolts ?? any thoughts on this I always thought the reguator on the W was in the plenum what am I missing ?

Hi Rod b

Maybe they're referring to the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Just a thought.:)

If you take the upper plenum off then turn the key forward to pressurize the system you should be able to see the leak. On my '92 it was the fuel return lines and the fuel pressure regulator leaking.
