!SHOCKS OR HERE!

I Need to order-up a 1195HD leafspring NEXT...

mainland sources or outrageously priced for shipping to hawaii ($300-500)

I tried (1) Local source and it was a "NO-GO" as well

I've concluded on (2) sources, AutoZone & Amazon, with AutoZone (Cheaper)

Power10 Parts Leaf Spring 22-1195HD (autozone.com)
Amazon.com: Dorman 22-1195HD Rear Leaf Spring Compatible with Select Chevrolet/GMC Models : Automotive

still getting Insight on how to INSTALL, (referencing FSM) I'm not trying to have No issues FR

Whats the whole deal with installing S-10 Springs?????.....few claim a handling transformation after they SWAP

Beautiful,

(FRONT)
Amazon.com: Gabriel 77375 Max Control : Industrial & Scientific

Circuit component Font Electronic component Gas Electronic instrument

(REAR)
Amazon.com: Monroe Shocks & Struts 58598 Shock Absorber and Coil Spring Assembly : Automotive

Also, Fresh "NEW"
-Drive Belt
-Tensioner
-Idler Pulley

getting installed on "LABOR DAY"

"Much-Much" More Togo

Looking At:

-TIMBREN Suspension system
-ADDCO 642 Sway Bar (REAR)

I'm trying to keep as low to stock height as possible, for parking deck & Garage clearances
i do like that: "Little "JACKED UP" Look" alot tho😜,
im still in question about Puck Placement in the Front (2'), i am going to gradually see where the van sits in the Rear 1st, After the Springs & Shocks get installed

Any Straightforward Knowledge would be Appreciated🤘

If you just want to add an extra spring, it just has to be the correct width and length. Doesn't have to be specific to an Astro or anything.

That was my Local Inquiry UNC......Hawaii leafspring.....they azz wanted $987 to add a leaf, Shi had me laughing....
I'm pretty sure taking up doing it myself wouldn't have been so bad,

DAMN, that is the price to ship an entire damn vehicle to or from Hawaii, that I happened to be looking up today ;)

There is no way I would pay that much, insane. Definitely DIY, it's not hard work, just be smart about being under the van.

$162 from Autozone isn't bad at all, will the store order them for you or does it have to be shipped?

Edit: Oh and I love my Timbrens, they are pricey but worth it IMO. I installed the Belltech, but loved the mounting style of the ADDCO 642 that I adapted it for my rear bar The Blue Beast 2003 AWD Safari

just gonna get these rear coil-overs on 1st, multiple reviews on the Monroe's state that I'll get a (1"-1 1/2") lift after install

i dont want to fuck around and beef up the rear suspension so much with both HD springs and coil overs(at the same time), to where it will demand a Front Lift......

the goal is to stay as close to baseline stock height as possible, while maintaining a always weighted van with intervals of increase load carriage
