I think the RUST next to the pipes need to be fixed if you want the pipes on the outside like that. It would be much cleaned and a sleeper without the big pipes on the side....thats what I think.
Sidepipes done right, sidepipes done wrong, YOU DECIDE!!!!
And please ignore the rust. I know, I know, I'll be fixing it shortly.
