Hi all,

Further to the subject, I'm hoping someone can adv. what size bolts I need to mount a pair of composite headlights onto my 96' Astro (the square-ish, bucket-type headlights are on it now). The place where I bought them from did not have them, and they were not included in the boxes..... length, width and nut size would be ideal.

Also - same question but for the small lights that go on each outer side of the composite headlight assembly (I think they are just a reflector, as on mine, they have nowhere to put in a bulb).... from what I can see, the bottom has a small tab that slides into a slot in the bottom of the composite bracket, and then there is another tab that lines up with a bolt hole on the bracket.... unfortunately, those nuts and bolts didn't come with the smaller lights either....

Speaking of bulbs, are something like this ok to use in the composite housings - once I get the correct pigtails wired in ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I just did the conversion to composite. As I recall, all of the bolts were 10MM. The length I am not sure on. I went the junkyard route and made sure I stole more than enough to do the job. I'm terrible.

i would recommend using real HID's. i put a set on my low beams and i never have to use my high beams. you can find HID's on eBay for anywhere from 60- 300 bucks. and they are all plug and play. those bulbs u r looking at are cheap bulbs. probably will last 30 - 60 days..lol
