when I put my cursor over a title(topic) a box with wrighting appears how do I get rid of that? Its freaking annoying!!!

Well then...
This was actually a modification I put together so that a user could easily see what the topic was about without having to click on it. I thought it was a fantastic feature but apparently I wrongfully assumed that everyone would find it useful.
I'll look into making it an optional setting that can be turned on or off. Okay?
