Hi, just wondering if a stock 03 suburban deck would plug in to my 97 astro

Most the newer GM radios, 2003+ use a signal from the bcm to tell them to turn on, they dont use accessory power. Ive also heard rumors that they are coded to the bcm and you have to reflash it to get them to operate in the new vehicle.

If it says Anti Theft I doubt it and wouldn't try it. You will initially lock the radio prior to any progress.
