All the ones ive removed= once you take out the screw they usually just fall down... 
I went to autozone website and didnt see any special instructions to get out headliner...I would just grab it tightly and pull straight down...carefull it may be glued to headliner and then... :dunce: also i may avoid using pliers cause when you grab it hard to pull on it you are likely to crush or break it...DOH :banghead:
