I think you're right about that. Just to test it out I would try a part from a pick and pull. There are a lot of parts in common between astros, safaris, jimmys, blazers and such of the same years. But not all of them.
Switch compatibility.
So i'm looking at ebay for window switches the other day and i start to notice something.
The listing says Astro/Safari/Jimmy. And i realize there are 2 extra spots for 2 more switches.
I haven't looked at any Jimmy's as of late but would most of the switches from one work?
I figure the 2 extra spots are for the rear windows in a Jimmy. Just a thought for some out
there looking for replacement switches for 96'-?. I figure you can just take out the switches
for the rear and use it for the Astro.
