I have a 1994 chevy astro cl and it does not have factory towing package. I was wondering if there is a plug-n-play kit that like plugs into tail lighs?

Not that I'm aware of. I spliced into the wires in my conversion van. Solder & shrink tubing on the joints, silicone around the wire where it passes through the body.

The trailer 4 pin flat connector/pigtail wire that is on my 1994 LT is found on the passenger side rear in the compartment for the jack.
