Well, my first 2 Astros shifted more solid to the next gear. More of a hit. The one now seems to glide smoother and longer to the next gear. Kind of like it feels when a clutch on a manual is starting to slip. That’s the only way to explain it. Still hauls 2 people and 2 dirt bikes on a trailer up in the mountains in Colorado just fine but it’s still in the back of my head.
Transmission going bad?
Hello fellow Astro fans. I have 170 k on my van and wondering what signs are for auto transmission going bad. I’ve owned 3 which all shifted a little different, harder, softer but never had any problems. Just wondering. Thanks
