I don't think Astro offered them, but I could be wrong. So you must be looking at an after market kit. I'd think the kit would include everything you need.
Try contacting the Mfg as to install.
Should just be a bolt on and wire up install unless there LED's then you'd probably need a flasher kit if it's not included.

i have done the stick on kind. its like a strip of tape with led lights in them and it sticks onto the mirror then you wire it up to your turn signal switch wires. its pretty straightforward you just need to find out where the correct wires are and decide how you are going to route the wiring. thats the easiest way but i have also seen people wire it up to the actual turn signals. that is a bit harder since you have to route the wires in side the van and then through the firewall and to the turn signal lamps.

I did see somewhere a universal kit, but I am not sure that it will work on the chevy mirror. The mirror has a thick plastic/rubber back on it. seems like you would have to cut that away to make it work???

I've been thinking of finding a small LED light and mounting it to the bottom of the mirror head so it can be seen from front, back and side.

Didn't some one here put some amber lights under their mirrors for turn signals? They were round but fit pretty good if I remember right. That could be an option.

I was poking around autobarn tonight and these were the smallest led marker lights I could find.
