My coworker has a 1999 Astro Van. When it rains outside it wont start. He has had a tune up, new cap and rotor, the works. However, if it rains and it is cold outside it will start. The fuel pump runs and the motor spins about twice, pops, then quits. Any suggestions?

check your fuel psi. you need about 55-60 psi to start and run. also check you timing and fuel filter. :2:

Did it do this before the tune up??
