Like the title says. I did a search and could not find anything. Haynes manual seems to make me believe that all of the astros/safaris can with a/c but you can buy serpentine belts for setups with a/c and without a/c.
Thanks,
Jim

GM did use a slightly different box with the "heat" only vans, although I would imagine they are pretty rare.
If you have a factory service manual, it does cover the heater only system and has some drawings that would give you some idea of what it looked like.

I wish I had a factory service manual. Anyways, I have been to three local junkyards and all of the vans they have have a/c. Definitely right on about the a/c delete box being rare. I guess I'll have to make my own.

I couldn't find what I was looking for so I just made my own.

Look at all that room. I now have a play to install my second battery.

Not sure what happened with the links. Best result out of this is that heat blows stronger since there is less resistance.
