Beater is a style for sure! I got that down too with both my Vans, but hoping to put the Safari into the "V8 Race Van" Style once she finally quits moving on her own.

i prefer them to look stock, maybe some reasonable sized wheels on them, toss in a big motor, and it's perfect. I suppose you'd call it a "sleeper"

I'd have to say i "want" my van to be a "sleeper". You know V8 under the hood, maybe a 2" drop. Make it look as though i just put some rims on it and a paint job to look nice but when i pull up to some young kid in his bumble bee honda he has no idea i'm about to blow his doors off!! LOL!!!

Have always gone low on my vehicles. Mine has a V8 for 2 reasons: torque and rumble.
Quoted for truth. I will eventually go low on mine in the rear but I have to wait for the 9inch to be done so I can do all of it at the same time.

I've got the best of both (well soon to be!)...my 88 shorty has a modest 1 inch drop, and is running 225 60R 15 tires. My 2000 is AWD, but is running the stock height now...I have plans and am gathering parts to raise that one 2-4 inches and put some 235 /75R 15 all-terrain tires on that

Really wanted to go low with my AWD but I will be towing with it so it will stay stock. G.B.
