they were anti vibration pucks and they came with the fiberglass springs, doubt very much if you can even replace them. Best thing to do is find a newer van in a salvage yard and replace the complete springs set up with steel from a 95 and up Astro or Safari. But make sure you get all parts as they are different from the fiberglass set up.

Our '92 w/ the same springs still has all of the originals.
I Always wondered and there has been at least 3 other times they were asked about over the last 6 years.
Never thought to look at a parts list...

Look at that photo of a Clean, tidy, Non-Rusticle underneath.

All of the composite/fiberglass leaf springs that I have seen have them, well a lot of them have been lost over the years.
