I did check quickly, but unfortunately because I live north of the 49th parallel, 'free shipping' becomes like $60. I will keep checking but as its just a cosmetic item its not high on my priority list.
I live in WA..bought some a while ago..ended up with a set that had some small marks on them.Basically I needed them to keep water and crap off the bearings..Not really "Just Cosmetic" for me.(same for you?)I have some alloy wheels that take the smaller about 3" diameter cup caps..that someone stole two of them from in my yard..I can't replace those, can't find them anywhere. One of my front all wheel drive hubs has rust on the threads around the nut that holds the hub on(how bad and how deep???I don't know..) from not having the caps on for the alloy wheels for a lot of years in the driveway. The back wheel centers are pretty well sealed..the front aren't on my 1990..so I'll have to use those two caps I have on the front for the alloy rims..unless I find something else that will cover the center holes(only for the alloy wheels). The alloy wheels also kind of corrode and stick to the hubs, can be a pita to get off(hammer and 2x4 from the backside),mainly because of leakage through the center hole with no caps on it. The water sits between the wheel and the brake drum...and peel paint/finish and rust the drums..
I have somewhat similar ones like yours on another steel set of rims.I think I paid like $40 for four plus shipping.Contact some of the sellers on there and ask them about the shipping costs to BC.They don't really weigh that much, even for a set of four.
I noticed there was another number for some that were similar..like 94372 or something..some said 85-95?set of 4 for $41.95?..I don't know if they would work for your year or what the difference is or would be..or if there is a difference;something you would need to verify with a seller,If you find a shipper around here in WA..it should be pretty cheap for shipping.Weigh the ones you have and let him know how much they should weigh for "X" number of them..If he's honest,You'll find out.You can check the shipping price also with USPS(..and what it should be.)
I sold on ebay for about 10 years..If people wanted to do all the shipping calculations for me..why not ship to them!
Junkyards around here like Pick-n-Pull..don't keep the center caps around..more than likely they get left in the vehicles when the wheels are pulled(for safety) and gone/sold the first day..probably put on ebay..LOL! I gave up trying to find wheels and caps around here for Astros even though the two P-n-Ps close to me usually have 6-8 Astros or Safaris..combined.
yeah lots of astros/safaris in pnp but no hubcaps. and yeah they do keep the dirt off but the broken ones still work so i put them back on for coverage.
I'll give your suggestion a try, shipping shouldn't be that much, i don't know if ebay over estimates or people just choose a horrible option for international shipping. thanks!
I looked back at my ebay records..I bought from this guy in Maine(sells singles and ships worldwide)..$7 per used cap but the total came to $58 with shipping and WA sales tax here of 11% or so.. I figured under $15 apiece was probably the going rate.Even for us here in the US the shipping costs listed is more than the used caps..Buying single ones..they add about $12 for shipping each one(discounts for quantities)..why I bought a set of four;and I had picked up a set of four tires on astro rims locally without the caps,so I needed them. You should be able to weigh the two you have, add a lb for the box and packing, and go to USPS.com..with his town's zipcode and get a "real' shipping amount(amounts..depending on what is available) to you.. Go to USPS.com..and the zip code lookup is there also..I don't believe there are customs fees for a used item that $..but I haven't sold for a lot of years..Being in Maine might add to the costs..not sure..
I seem to recall having to fill out a small form of what was in the box and a $ value on the form..which doesn't cost the seller anything.. like "2 Used wheel caps/ $14 total value"(price of the items, not the shipping)..as the seller. For me,it wasn't a big deal to ship things to BC. Maybe things have changed since I quit ebay in 2008..
Isn't Big White above Kelowna? If it is..I've been there once years ago on a flash ski trip of three resorts in three days.If it was..I vaguely remember Apex Alpine,Big White, and Silver Star(?)...except for a lot of alcoholic painkiller in the evenings(and on the bus with Boeing partygoers..)..Of course that was 1985 or so..??🙃
