Anybody know what the capacity of the transfer case is and what fluid it takes? Thanks.

You want 2 quarts (2L) of it. I believe it cost me about $9 CAD per bottle at a GM dealer. Lordco charged more.
This is a synthetic lube which contains an improved friction modifier that should correct the slip-stick condition caused by the regular ATF they put in at the factory.

You'll also need a pump or some kind of pour tube because you won't be able to tip a bottle into there.
