High Top conversion

I'm looking for a donor van to swap a high top onto my 2002 Astro Cargo conversion project.
Anyone know what model years will have a roof profile similar enough to '02 to make it fit?
Are the hi tops fiberglass or metal? Welded or riveted?

Fiberglass,more screws than you have ever seen in your whole life,I wouldn't stray far away from gen II's at a junk yard for the top.

Roof profile didn't change. As long as the donor has the same body length you should have no problems.
