From the pictures, it looks like the side hinges are in the correct locations for both styles. But what about the upper door hinges? Do the barn door vans have mounting locations for dutch door hinges?
I picked up a full set of 6 doors today for $150. Didn't know until I got there that it was an old friend from school who was selling them.
My van is a 95, but the doors are from a 97. So I plan to swap out the inner door panels on the front doors, along with all the inner workings after I refurbish them. Clean up the window tracks, motors, switches etc... Then I'll dye the maroon plastic to be black, and replace the maroon carpet with black or blue.
The rear doors I picked up are dutch doors to replace my barn doors. I'll take lots of pics along the way to add to the existing tutorial.
good deal. Yes, lots of pictures, I will be doing the same project in the future.
