I am trying to image a wing on a raised roof conversion. Just my 2 cents, I dont think it would look good. Plus you will be bolting thru fiberglass, catch a tree branch, could cause damage.

But, if you must, check out some stock GM, Ford or Dodge wings. The newer Dodge Charger (the 4 door) has a sweet looking wing, high in the middle and curves down at the ends. Fiero GTs had some cool, kinda big, back in the day.

I've seen one before. It didn't look too bad. The raised roofs kinda has one built in on some vans. If you add a wing that matches the roof's lines, it should look pretty good.
