Seems like you answered your own question. I only knew fiberine as still making high tops specifically for the astro/safari. But that second site is affordable (for a new one). At least they display actual shipping costs. 1700ish for a 14'' top and about 1000 to ship it.
With that being said, you can get a used one off of a astro for a couple hundred bucks. That way you get all of the seals and hardware. If your lucky it might even color match!
Cutting a hole in your roof isn't that big of a job. You just have to come to terms that if something goes wrong, you just totaled your van.
I was also looking for some pics of any members vans that have them.
