Just found upper door seal for dutch doors New supplier

Hi fellow van fans, I think I have found a company that supplies the upper door seal for dutch doors. My 2002 leaks like hell from the rear and it fills up the back with water. I put a metro universal rubber on around the whole back, but I don't think it is making a solid contact as I can hear the rear door chattering over bumps etc. If anyone can point me to a company that supplies a good replacement for these rear doors I'd be grateful. Like I said though I think I have found a new rear upper seal, that previously on this site,we didn't think were available anymore. Here are the details below. I've ordered one and I'll let you know how it goes.I live in Canada and by the time it gets to me with postage and everything it'll be like $150, hopefully it'll work and be worth it.
As a total novice I'd also be very thankful if there is somebody more knowledgeable that could have a quick peek at the link just to confirm I have ordered the correct part. Thanks

Nice find. Please let us know if it fits. One thing I noticed was that the length of the weatherstrip in the picture is 52". I measured mine and it's a good 53". I hope that this is a misprint.

I just glued my old one down with black gasket sealer and no more leaks, no replacement required.

I called Steele Rubber products and asked them to double check the length, in case it's a misprint. The person said if it says it's 52", it's 52". Order one and try it. Since mine is definitely 53" I didn't see the point. I was hoping she'd at least have someone confirm the length.

I have a new factory one. Its 52" long I believe, I will double check in the morning.

I finally double-checked my new GM seal and its 52 5/16". So 52 would be just fine too.

So I actually work at Steele Rubber. I've checked the length and it is right about 52". I've looked at the original part we have and there's actually an angle cut on the ends. Making the section that's most visible behind the van ~53" and once you take the part off, the top section is ~52". So I think that's where there is some dimensional differences. We currently don't have that slight angle cut but it could of course be trimmed when your installing.

I installed one of ours on a 98 Astro and it fits like it should.

THERE IS ONE IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE:

The original part had a sheet metal core, ours does not. Ours is glued on instead of being pushed on. It's the only way we could make the part and keep the price under $200 (ours is ~$60). This fact though gives you a bit of extra stretch if you need it. When I installed it, I did not need to stretch it.

P.S. We do have the dutch doors and cargo door seals coming out soon!

I ordered one and realized there are no holes for the rivets. Anyone know what size rivets it takes? It’s listed as a glue on install which seems odd

looks like it comes with a tube of weatherstrip glue. I think I've used that brand of glue and it's real strong.. Don't need rivets. They opted to not put in the steel to keep the price reasonable. I think the original was 150+
