Manual Mirror to Replace a Power Mirror?

Howdy folks. Did a search and came up empty for a question others would have run into- so I'll ask here.
Can you replace a power exterior mirror with a manual one? My passenger mirror housing is busted, and my mirror switch doesn't work, so I don't see the point in paying for some extra wiring that will never be used. The power mirrors aren't significantly more expensive than a manual one, I'm just trying to save a few bucks if possible.

If you want to save money why not get one from the junkyard?

Yes, it will bolt right in without any issues.

I mean, they didn't design a different door for manual mirrors.

Found a decent looking manual mirror at the junkyard and it bolted right in. Thanks for the help y'all!
