Rear bumper mod

A couple months ago, I saw a modification that someone did to the factory bumper that used the factory mounting brackets and chopped the ends off of the factory bumper to somehow tuck it under the van instead of replacing with a roll pan. Does anyone have any idea who did this or a link to the build? I've been searching for a good two hours now and can't find the thread anywhere!!!

I'm going to take some measurements tonight or tomorrow and I'm going to investigate how difficult it will be. I just prefer the idea of keeping the stock mounting hardware and most of the safety.
