Roof Channels / Plastic Trim

What are the pieces of plastic that fill up the gap on the edges of the roof called and does anyone know where they an be had?
Mine are breaking apart (see, shattering) and I would like to replace them when I repaint the van, and I imagine they'd fall apart like mine trying to get them from a JY.

I know what your talking about, but I have never seen them listed.
I know it sounds odd but a auto glass place is where I would ask.
They have rolls of similar materials for window trims when the put them in. Say a moon roof has similar molding.
I know it a shot in the dark but a dealer may at least know what it was called, no doubt it was a discontinued item.

A filler strip or molding is what I think it would be called.

I dont even know if it is required for sealing the van between the panels.
If it is the tubes of windshield sealer to fill the crack to seal. Then basically just put a sun/moonroof trim over it.

There are my ideas and suggestions how I would attack the problem if I was having it. Where to start looking anyway.
