Which door handle

Rock Auto carries one made by Sherman and one by Dorman. Anyone got an opinion on which is better.

Please let us know if the Sherman brand is better than the Dorman ones. I have to replace my drivers door one for the 5th time in 20 years. I am not looking forward to the exercise in hand positions its going to take to get it installed .

Was going to put it in when I had the door panel off to install the new speakers. The day was getting old and when I looked up in there to do it, I said, nope not today.

Wow, that seems excessive. When you put a new handle in, does it seem hard to open?

No they have all opened fine. They just all seem to crack to pieces at the top or bottom.

I have had to do 2 in less then a year. I now WD-40 everything down like once a month just to make sure I don't have to go back in there anytime soon. Mine use to get tough to open, but since I been keeping them WD-40'd up they have been working really smooth. :chevy:
