Factory body kit with running boards

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can tell me how hard it is to get the factory body kit and running boards off my 2001 Safari SLE AWD. Is it just 2 sided taped on or will I be filling holes on every panel? Thanks.

If I remember it is two sided tape on top with some hidden screws on the bottom.

Great thanks! If I get it off without trashing it, I will post it for sale if anyone is interested. It's in decent shape, my work site requires more clearance otherwise I would just leave it on.
