how big do you want to go? the only thing i might sugest is a low range t-case. the dana44 sfa won't really work with out alot more lift. are you sure you want to convert awd to old school 4x4? it can get expensive (upwards of $4000. if you like the way it your van sits, then don't do sfa. you might want to check what diff you actually have. my van came factory with dana44. your factory suspension will hold as large as a 33" tire. you will have to do some massive trim work in the front and you might have to get off set wheels and bush fenders. but that is alot less expensive that to put sfa in place. i have herd of people cranking the torsion bars up to 4" but your tires will suffer unless you correct the camber. you can also use a 3" front clip lift. matching on the rear is easy. that could give you a total lift of 7" still maintaining the factory harware. they also make lift keys aftermarket. not trying to talk you out of it, but it will be a bigger job than you might think. if you want to use springs in the front, you will need to build your own spring buckets and likely relocating the front shocks. there may actually be a sfa kit out there in the 4x4 magazines. if you choose sfa, keep in mind, it will not be dot, that just means if you were ever in a collision, you could potentially be sued regardless of fault.

oh yea, not trying to be the stick in the mud but if your isurance company ever found out the you are driving a modifed vehicle, they will refuse to insure you.

master of doom and gloom!...lol... sorry
